Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy explains returns, cancellations, and refunds for physical goods, services, and digital items purchased from Middling Commons.
1. Summary
- Physical goods: 30-day return window for unused items in original condition and packaging.
- Services (consultations): free reschedule up to 48 hours before; late cancellations/no-shows may be charged.
- Digital items: UK/EEA 14-day withdrawal right before download/access begins; after download begins, refunds are not available unless the product is defective.
2. Eligibility for returns (physical goods)
- Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Non-returnable: gift cards, personalized items, final sale items, and items marked non-returnable at purchase.

3. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color (where applicable), request an exchange by email. If the replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
4. Refunds (physical goods)
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times depend on your bank or card issuer).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
5. Return shipping
- Unless the item is defective or we made an error, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns over £50.

6. Defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Services: scheduling, cancellations, and no-shows
- Rescheduling: Free up to 48 hours before your appointment, subject to availability.
- Cancellation: 48+ hours before—full refund; 24–48 hours—50% fee; less than 24 hours or no-show—non-refundable.
- If we must cancel, you will be offered a rebooking or full refund.
8. Digital products
- UK/EEA consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase unless you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge you lose the right to cancel once download or streaming starts.
- If access has not started, contact us within 14 days for a refund.
- If the digital item is faulty or not as described, we will repair, replace, or refund as required by law.
9. Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation, first check with your bank or card issuer. Processing can take several business days.

10. Chargebacks and abuse
We work to resolve issues quickly. Unfounded chargebacks or abuse of the policy may lead to account restrictions and may be contested with evidence of delivery or service provision.
